This Notice explains the nature of the ZODIARA ENGINE report, the role of AI, and uses for which the report is not suitable.
1 Nature of the report
An astrology report is a symbolic interpretation provided for information, reflection, and entertainment. It is not a scientifically established prediction of future events and does not guarantee any outcome.
2 How the report is created
The ZODIARA ENGINE system performs structured calculations from the data entered by the user. The OpenAI API then helps transform selected results and methodology rules into readable narrative. The process is designed, configured, and controlled by ZODIARA ENGINE, but an individual report is generated automatically and is not a personal consultation with a human adviser.
Direct user identifiers should not be sent to the AI model. The standard configuration blocks the person's name, email address, report and Partner identifiers, and complete birth details. The model receives limited context needed to describe patterns already calculated.
3 Limitations of AI and input data
Content may contain simplifications, ambiguity, repetition, or language errors. Results also depend on the accuracy of the birth date, exact birth time, and location. AI does not know the user's full life context and cannot assess health, legal position, finances, or personal safety.
4 No professional advice
The report is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, financial, investment, career, or safety advice. It must not be used to diagnose or treat a condition, predict a crisis, assess an investment, or decide legal rights, health treatment, finances, or safety.
A person needing professional assessment should consult an appropriately qualified professional. In an urgent threat to health, life, or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on the report.
5 User decisions
The user decides how to interpret the report and remains responsible for all decisions. The report must not be the sole basis for decisions about another person or be used to assess an applicant, employee, patient, student, insured person, borrower, or participant in another process with significant consequences.
6 No decision with legal effect
ZODIARA ENGINE does not use the report to make a decision about the user that produces legal or similarly significant effects. It is requested content, not an eligibility, scoring, or entitlement tool.
7 Adults and own data only
The test report is intended for an adult using their own birth data. Do not generate a report for a child or another person without an appropriate lawful basis and information for that person.
