These Terms govern free access to a ZODIARA ENGINE test report using an access code. The form is not a checkout and does not create a report purchase agreement with ZODIARA ENGINE.
1 Service provider

2 Service
The service accepts a correctly completed form and valid access code, automatically performs calculations, prepares a personalised PDF report, and attempts delivery to the email address provided.
The test report is intended for personal product review or evaluation before a partnership discussion. It is not a public offer, an implementation commitment, or permission to resell, distribute, or operate ZODIARA ENGINE technology.
3 Eligibility and access code
The service is available only to a person aged 18 or over who submits their own birth data, provides a valid email address, has read the Privacy Policy, accepts these Terms, and requests immediate report generation.
An access code may be limited by time, number of uses, or purpose. It must not be published, sold, tested automatically, used to bypass limits, or used in a manner that threatens service security.
4 Formation and completion of the electronic service
A one-off electronic service agreement is formed when the completed form is successfully submitted after the required acknowledgements are accepted. The service begins immediately at the user's express request and ends when the report is delivered, a final failure message is issued, or a complaint concerning that submission is closed.
Before submission, the user may stop by closing the page. Once automated generation begins, immediate technical cancellation may not always be possible, but the person may exercise applicable data protection rights under the Privacy Policy.
5 Technical requirements
The service requires an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTTPS and JavaScript, an active email address, and software or a browser capable of opening PDF files. The user should check the spam folder and use a mailbox that accepts attachments.
6 User responsibilities
The user is responsible for the accuracy of submitted information. An incorrect birth date, time, location, report start date, or email address may produce an inaccurate report or prevent delivery.
Users must not submit another person's data, unlawful content, payment card data, CVV codes, login credentials, medical records, malicious code, or information unrelated to the report, and must not attempt unauthorised access or disruption.
7 Delivery and technical issues
Generation time depends on system load and third-party services. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time or uninterrupted availability, but we take reasonable steps to complete accepted requests correctly.
If the report does not arrive, the user should check the spam folder, email address, and displayed status. The user may then contact support@zodiaraengine.com and provide the submission date and report ID if displayed. Passwords, card numbers, and identity documents must not be sent.
8 Complaints
Complaints may be sent to support@zodiaraengine.com and should describe the issue, submission date, report language, email address used, and report ID if available. We will respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a complete complaint, unless applicable law requires a shorter period.
9 Report content and AI
The report combines automated calculations with AI-assisted narrative. It is provided for information, reflection, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice and must not replace a qualified professional. Further detail appears in the Astrology Report and AI Notice.
10 Rights in the report and service
The user may keep the delivered report and use it privately on a non-commercial basis. The methodology, layout, code, branding, design components, and ZODIARA ENGINE materials remain protected. Without written permission, the user must not resell the report, provide access to the generator, remove legal notices, copy the technical solution, or present the materials as the user's own commercial product.
11 Liability
ZODIARA ENGINE is liable as required by mandatory law. We are not responsible for consequences of inaccurate user data, decisions made solely on the report, failure of the user's device or mailbox, or unauthorised code use by the user. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12 Reports sold by a Partner
Where a report is purchased through a Partner, the Partner identified at checkout is the seller and controls the payment process. Price, payment, withdrawal rights, sales complaints, and consumer information are governed by that Partner's terms. ZODIARA ENGINE provides technical report fulfilment as agreed with the Partner, but the test form on this website is not the Partner's checkout.
13 Privacy and governing law
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available in the country of habitual residence. Disputes are handled by the competent courts under applicable law.
14 Changes
The version displayed when the form is submitted applies to that submission. Changes do not affect acquired rights and will be published at this address with a new revision date.
